The Narcotics Division was created to combat the influx of illegal drugs being used, sold, transported and stored in and around Richmond County. This proud tradition continues today.
The Narcotics Division investigates illegal narcotic activity on a federal, state, county, and city level. The Narcotics Division continues to have a strong working relationship with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE), Georgia State Intelligence Network (GSIN), Georgia Terrorism Information Project (GTIP) and the Georgia Narcotic Officers Association (GNOA), as well as surrounding cities and counties.
The Narcotics Division continues its mission, efforts and commitments to eliminate crime in Richmond County.
