Willie Riley called 911 stating that there was a fire inside his residence that was determined to be unfounded. Willie Riley left the residence walking after the fire department left the residence and has not been seen since. Willie Riley left the residence with his pet Chihuahua named Ike. Ike was located on 12/14/15 on the 3300 block of Peach Orchard Road.

On March 18, 1990, 16-year-olds Dannette and Jeannette Millbrooks left their residence on Cooney Circle on foot, en route to visit with a family friend who lived in the area of 12th Street and MLK Blvd.  The girls’ mother, Mary Sturgis, and younger sister, Shanta Sturgis, were able to verify that Dannette and Jeannette Millbrooks made it to their friend’s residence and left there at approximately 4 p.m. and were last seen near the intersection of 12th Street and MLK Blvd. at approximately 4:30 p.m.. The two girls have not been seen or heard from since. At the time of their disappearance, Dannette Millbrooks was approximately 5'6"/130 and Jeannette Millbrooks was approximately 5'4"/125. Both girls attended Lucy Laney High School and were in 9th grade at the time they went missing.
